“The boat trip over to Gozo was fine but when we tried to access the hop on bus (which was included in the price we paid) the woman on the bus refused us saying we booked through a third party therefore we could not get on the bus!!! We were left stranded at the ferry port!!! We then had to pay for a taxi to take us to to where the bus SHOULD have taken us! Not impressed to say the least. We felt ripped off and let down.
